1. Design.

2. Proof
Make samples according to the drawings. Usually a style of gift box has not only CMYK 4 colors, but also spot colors, such as gold and silver, which are spot colors.
3. Material Selection
General gift boxes are made of rigid cardboard. For high-grade wine packaging and gift packaging boxes with a thickness of 3mm-6mm is mostly used to manually mount the decorative surface, and then bonded to form.
4. Printing
Printing gift box has high requirements for printing process, and the most taboo is color difference, ink stain and bad plate, which affect the beauty.
5. Surface Finish
The common surface treatments of gift boxes are: glossy lamination, matt lamination, spot UV, gold stamping, glossy oil and matt oil.
6. Die Cutting
Die cutting is an important part of the printing process. The cutting die must be accurate. If it is not cut continuously, these will affect the subsequent processing.
7. Paper Lamination
Usually printed matter is first laminate and then die-cut, but the gift box is first die-cut and then laminate. First, it won't make face paper. Second, the lamination of the gift box is made by hand, die cutting and then lamination can achieve the desired beauty.
